on 5/27/23 I got caught in the rain on motorcycle in mountains and needed a place to stay. Made reservation out of desperation. The night check-in person was very friendly and gracious. The room was clean and comfortable. The next morning I wanted to hit the road before the 7am breakfast started. I saw someone in the hallway and we spoke about trying to beat the rain. The lady said she had breakfast prepared and would open the door so I could eat. This hotel and the staff excelled on every metric. I can only hope all of my hotel stays are close to this experience. Great Job Holiday Inn Express- Brevard! Thank you.

I normally do not do reviews because people like different things. But this hotel has done everything right. For example, there is a place to put two suitcases and be able to open them, this is the first hotel that I have found with this. I know is small thing but important to me. Also, the lighting by the mirror in the bathroom was perfect, my wife was very excited about this. The breakfast was awesome. So please keep doing what you are doing. I will be looking to stay at your hotels more often. GREAT JOB!!!!

This is, BY FAR, the most efficient, clean and comfortable stay in Transylvania County, NC. We had a wonderful time, an exceptional stay, and always felt safe and welcomed. Oh, and not to mention that the "included breakfast" (with its many choices) was very hot and delicious! We would like to graciously thank the entire staff! We are DEFINITELY coming back one day, and this IS where we wil always l choose to stay!

The exterior is nondescript but the rooms are really nice. They look plain and unimpressive online but they are much better in person. Someone really thought through what people want in a room. And while the property is three years old, the room looked brand new with all the latest trends. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the rooms were.

The young woman on the reception desk from 4 pm to 12 midnight, Monday 16th of December, was very helpful with a number of my different queries, particularly with respect to arranging a taxi for me the following morning - also washing machine, quarters for it, soap powder, microwave meal- I think her name was Lee.
